1.      Director of Sales, National Accounts from the Pompeo Group - A lighting professional able to articulate their product value to the customer as they set sales targets for their national account distributors as well as develop end user national account business. To utilize your relationships with high-end national account customers, your credibility with designers, your strong connections with national accounts distributors and your ability to identify the decision-makers and influencers as you make joint calls with your national accounts distributors on high-end retail chains, museums (and other curated spaces), and hospitality national accounts. 2.   Senior Mechanical Design Engineer from the Pompeo Group - Our client (a lighting manufacturer) is seeking a creative, proactive, quick, and flexible Senior Mechanical Design Engineer! You will use your capabilities designing for aluminum extrusion and your thoroughness in design and execution, working on finishes, and getting products to a machinist.  You will also utilize your knowledge of design for CNC, injection molding, and thermal optimization as you produce aesthetically pleasing products and help our client to see 3 or 4 generations ahead.  Our ideal candidate is currently a mechanical engineer who is ready to move up or a senior mechanical engineer, design engineer, product engineer, or possibly an industrial engineer, with ability to help organize, understand, and move processes. Lighting fixture background is highly preferred, but experience with a similar process (such as photovoltaic) will be considered! Our ideal candidate must also have a background using SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or Pro/Engineer. Understanding of heat extraction, heat dissipation, and controlling heat is a must! 10% travel.
