1. Regional Sales Manager – Southeast – A great name in lighting is seeking a
driven, confident, energetic and thorough Regional Manager with a ‘hunter’
mentality, strong sales aptitude and great follow-up on projects to call on
architects, lighting designers and end users with a particular focus on the
Atlanta, Houston and Florida territories, working with rep agents. You
will also use your experience selling lighting fixtures and/or controls; use
your strong self-esteem and superior closing skills. Experience
selling a premium product (selling on value, not on price) is a very big plus! You should currently be based in the Atlanta
Metro area, but candidates in Houston, the Carolinas, and possibly Florida will

smart, hungry, sharp and team-oriented Vice President of Sales. You will utilize your ability to sell on system value, your good
sense of aesthetics and product beauty, your
understanding of value and differentiation as you interview and hire
independent rep agents to ensure that reps are held accountable while keeping
the relationship a respectful one. You will also make good use of your
experience calling on lighting designers, architects and interior
designers. Responsible for a minimum
sales volume of $20 million or more. Start-up
experience a plus, not essential, as is building up sales for a new product
from scratch. BS/BA degree is
